Artisans Thrive strives to provide you high quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or a refund.
Returns eligible for refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving it and require a valid receipt. Payments made via a debit or credit card will be returned to the debit or credit card used. Returned items purchased with cash, check, or a gift card can be exchanged.
Returns made within 16-30 days of receiving it are not valid for a refund, no matter how they were purchased, but can be exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value.
